Oakland News: District 2 City Council Race, Mayor’s Race Candidates At Forums Starting Wednesday

Oakland News, a quick bit of it from Zennie62, who in turn got it from the The Lake Merritt Business Association, which has invited “the following candidates” (which means The Lake Merritt Business Association reached out to all of those running, but these folks are coming) for a series of forums that will start this Wednesday, May 14th.

So far, they have Joe Tunman as the only confirmed person who’s running for Mayor of Oakland. For City Council, Dana King, Andrew Park, and Abel Guillen are confirmed.

Here’s how the email reads:

We will update you as soon as we have more information on the other Candidates.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
